These grades are: Wholesale Grade ($) - These machines operate well. They may need rubber, mechanical adjustment and/or cleaning. This grade is available for sale both domestically and internationally. Refurbished Grade ($$) - You can expect a machine in excellent operating condition. These machines require only cleaning. They carry a 90 day Setcom warranty. Remanufactured Grade ($$$) - These are the most expensive of the three grades however, these machines are in perfect condition and are eligible for annual maintenance. These machines are generally priced between 40% and 60% of the cost for newly manufactured equipment. Unlike so many of our competitors, Setcom has in stock all of the equipment we sell. You are welcome to visit our New York City warehouse!
Setcom offers "Same Day Depot Service" for all machines weighing less than 70 pounds. This means that your equipment is repaired and returned the day it is received for $50 plus the cost of parts (US$). Freight Shipment of larger equipment is also accepted. Setcom can provide you with an annual maintenace contract on all equipment that we sell!
